Hello there. My name is Conrad von Hotzendorf. I am the general of the Austrian-Hungary army. We are the ones who declared war first onSerbia because they shot our Arch Duke which was a very powerful man in our country. When we found out that Serbia ask help from Russia, we got worried so we ask Germany for help and they declared war on Russia. Then Russia thought that we were going to beat them s they asked help from France so Germany declared war on France. And now we are all in this so called “The Great War.”
None of these countries have a chance against us! We have the powerful army. (Well, that’s what I think anyways). My army will never let me down. If they do, they have betrayed me and don’t deserve to show there face again, but I highly doubt that they will lose because the other countries are just weak and useless! So its going to beAustria-Hungaryall the way!
I can not believe that Russia had backed down of the war! That really helps us win because Russia has a huge army and we don’t really have a big one like they do and Germany has a better chance of winning this “great war”. The U.S. coming into the war just doesn’t make sense to me at all, but they have no chance of beating us because we shouldn’t be the ones there after. ----
December 17, 1917: Right now, I and some of my strongest men are trying to figure out what our battle plan will be. We are having so trouble but we will get threw it. We are thinking on attacking the Russians with our tanks, airplanes and machine guns by the front line which is where they will be. It may not work but I guess we will have to find out sooner or later.
This sign right here needs to be put up all around Austria-Hungary. This poster will have people think that they will help THERE country and honor it.

December 25, 1917 (Christmas): For all of the soldiers that were involved in the war, didn’t have to fight for it was a very special day.In the morning of Christmas we have heard people singing silent night. It was the Germans and when that song started to fade away, the other side of “dead mans land” started to sing there own Christmas song. When dawn broke, the Germans asked the allies to come over there and join them. But they wouldn’t because they were too scared too.So officers from either side walked out over "No Man's Land," to greet each other. A ceasefire was called, and soldiers from both sides rose out of their trenches to meet these people whom they had just been trying to kill. Some of the people could communicate with words, but others who did not know the other side's language made them selves understood as they gave each other gifts of cigarettes, clothing and food. They shared photographs of their families, and called each other "friend" for the rest of the day. They built bonfires which glowed well into the night.
November 11, 1918 (U.S.A.): The war is finally over! We are all much excited to see our family and friends. The piece treaty that we have signed is now official and the war is no more. The U.S. president Woodrow Wilson was there to sign it and all the nations came together to show peace to all the nations. All the nations agreed on different things but not every body liked those decisions. But we Americans are happy with what we got and very excited that “the Great War” is over.
